Create an Asana MCP app first

Asana V2 requires a pre-registered OAuth app on the gateway (no dynamic registration). Register an MCP app at app.asana.com with redirect URL `https://gateway.runfaction.com/oauth/mcp/callback`, then set ASANA_MCP_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID and ASANA_MCP_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET in Convex. We'll enable this connector once that's done.
